3. Send student registration link to the clients (student/parent) and help them register.

4. Confirm student registration and alert the operation manager to start a search for the tutor.

 

5. Arrange, go for an intro class and introduce the tutor to the client.

 

6. Stay and study the tutor during the intro class and confirm if the client is okay with the match.

10. Go for attendance sheet at the end of every month and confirm the tutor’s attendance with the client.

 

11. Ask parent if there are any issues or concerns that needs to be address.

 

12. Remind client 3 days to the end of month to make payment so lessons can continue smoothly.

 

13. Recruit tutors in your area when necessary by giving them the tutor’s registration link.
