No matter what a bully says or does, you should not be ashamed of who you are or what you feel.
Bullying is abuse and you don’t have to put up with it.
You deserve to feel safe, but you’ll most likely need help.
Find support from friends who don’t bully and turn to an adult you trust.
It can be a parent, teacher, counsellor, pastor, coach, or the parent of a friend.
